因為幫無敵買咗支沙律醬, 雖然見到佢幾次都唔記得比佢, 不過都整定個食譜比佢參考定先...A very simple dish. Because it has a very few calories it can be eaten even when you are on a diet.
一個很簡單的菜. 因為有極少數的熱量,它可以吃即使當你正在減肥.
. 1/2 bag Milano Salad 意大利沙律菜 半包 (4 oz.)
. 1/2 cup Feta Cheese 發達芝士 半杯
. 1/2 cup Black Olive & Green Olive 黑橄欖 & 青橄欖 半杯
. 1/2 cup Tomato 蕃茄 半杯
. 1/2 cup crouton 麵包片 半杯
. Balsamic vinaigrette 香醋沙拉醬 to taste 適量
. In a large bowl, place Milano Salad. Toss Feta Cheese, Black Olive & Green Olive, Tomato, crouton with salad. Add desired amount of dressing, tossing well to coat
. 倒沙律菜入沙拉碗, 拌入發達芝士, 黑橄欖 & 青橄欖, 蕃茄, 麵包片, 加香醋沙拉醬, 攪拌即可
