Food Menu ~ Quick & Easy Series (Italian Cooking)
拉姑食譜 ~ "我煮到, 你煮到"系列

A very simple dish. Because it has a very few calories it can be eaten even when you are on a diet.
一個很簡單的菜. 因為有極少數的熱量,它可以吃即使當你正在減肥. 

INGREDIENTS 成分 
. Conchiglie Rigate 貝殼粉 175  g
. Napoletana 拿破崙醬 200  g 
. Salt 鹽    to taste
. Pepper 辣椒    to taste

PREPARATION 製備  
. Boil the Conchiglie Rigate in plenty of salted water and right before draining it
  用水(加鹽)煮沸貝殼粉
. Then drain the pasta
  瀝乾麵條

 . Boil the Napoletana 
  煮沸拿破崙醬
. Pour pasta into the salad bowl with the Napoletana
  連同拿破崙醬,倒貝殼粉入沙拉碗
. Stir and serve
  攪拌即可
